At Lat 26°, we stand behind our marine cleaning and detailing products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. That’s why we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee, outlined below, while maintaining clear and fair guidelines consistent with Shopify’s recommended policies. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be confident choosing Lat 26°. If a product does not meet your expectations due to a manufacturing defect or performance issue when used as directed, we will work with you to make it right.

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to normal wear, misuse, over-application, improper surface preparation, or results that vary based on surface condition or environmental factors.

At our discretion, the guarantee may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To complete a return, proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used chemicals cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lat26degrees.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected, or after a claim under our Satisfaction Guarantee is reviewed.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to our error or an approved Satisfaction Guarantee claim.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. In most Satisfaction Guarantee cases, we will offer a replacement or store credit rather than a traditional exchange. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item (if required) and place a new order. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lat 26° is not responsible for lost return shipments.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
